Shipping & returns.
Every order ships flat-rate within the U.S. and is packed to arrive intact.
- Dispatch
- Orders placed before 14:00 CT on a business day are packed the same day and dispatched within one business day.
- Rates
- Shipping is $12 flat within the U.S. and free on orders above $250. Expedited two-day and overnight options are available at checkout.
- Carriers
- Standard shipping is UPS Ground, tracked, with signature not required. Tracking is emailed the moment a label is created.
- International
- We ship to selected countries only. The purchaser is responsible for import compliance and any duties. Orders to restricted destinations are cancelled and refunded in full.
- Damaged or short shipments
- Report a damaged carton, missing item, or defective unit within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the outer carton and contents. Verified claims are replaced at no cost.
- Returns
- Unused hardware in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less outbound shipping. Opened consumables — bacteriostatic water and syringes — cannot be returned.
